Welcome to Ask Lisa (“Service”), an AI-powered travel planning platform operated by Igloo Labs Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using Ask Lisa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Service Description

Ask Lisa is an AI-powered travel planning assistant that helps users create personalised travel itineraries. Our Service includes:

2. Account Registration and Security

Our Content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Igloo Labs Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your Content

AI-Generated Content

Itineraries and recommendations generated by Lisa are provided for your personal use. You may share itineraries with others, but commercial redistribution of AI-generated content requires our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
